All refurbished mattresses are protected by a one-year manufacturer’s guarantee to cover any faults, giving you peace of mind when you shop refurbished.

As refurbished mattresses have been returned to us, there's a chance they’ve been slept on for a short period of time. To give these mattresses a new lease of life, they’re cleaned and sanitised by our expert team of technicians before coming to your home, so you can rest easy.

You can return a refurbished mattress up to 14 days after delivery if you’ve bought it online, provided it hasn’t been used. Please be aware there will be a £49 charge for collecting the returned mattress. Refurbished mattresses bought in-store can’t be returned.
